000webhost no longer support old Server8 is no longer part of 000webhost system.

Cpanel license is inactive (and will not be activated), but FTP works so user can move files, and to get a backup of their MySQL database they can upload toll such as http://www.ozerov.de/bigdump.php

Please click to create a new account and setup your website on the newer server and restore your site on this newer server.

After you create and setup your site on the newer server then delete your account on server8.
