i have a problem with ftp uploading file

when i use filezallia to upload some files, some can be uploaded, the others cann't be uploaded,. then i enter the cp and using file manager to upload, i still can't upload the file , it showed that "File CHANGELOG.php could not be transferred to the FTP server" .why ?who ca help me?

i have a probleme too , it cant be log in when i use Hote name as my domain and it show me

i have changed password of ftp according to the suggestion. the problem is i cann't upload the file even it is a txt file.there is a graphic demonstrating

why? pls help me ?

.txt files are disabled on free accounts.

Having FTP uploading problems too, not to mention site has gone down with php error as well. I was even able to install a couple of Joomla! extensions before today. Now FTP file manager won't let me upload any file, but I can still navigate around the File Manager, and I can still create new directories and such... weird...

PHP files are not a problem. I'm running Joomla! on my site as well.
