Suspended for mass-email?

Suspended (Suspended for mass email sending)

I have a forum powered by vBulletin and we have it set up so that members have to confirm their account via email. So I'm wondering if that's it? Please unsuspend my account.. I really need it. And often times we get a database error, which sends an email to me to let me know about the error. And the members keep refreshing.

1. Our version of vBuelltin is completely legal and paid for.
2. I can't disable it, if I can't get into my forums.

From the looks of rule 8, im assuming there is no exceptions.

Its too late, plus you broke rule 8 anyways.

Maybe if I didn't get a Database error every 5 minuets then I wouldn't have this problem. Maybe it would have not been suspended. Also, the email validation for our forums were sent at different times.

Hi Eternal Hikari,

Have you tried to send a ticket to the system administrators? ("Members Area" -> Get Help -> Submit ticket)
If your vbulletin is legal you should've reported before installing the site administrators.

At the time of sending emails you should apply the more restrictive rule.
No more than 30 emails per 5 minutes and no more than 100 emails per hour.

000webhost sucks. just go to a different hosting. . . my site is being reviewed and i'm not even hosting on their servers. -_- and they keep taking my site under review and i'm on a different webhost with different name servers its unbelievable -_-

Everyones site goes under review, especially in the start of a site. Plus, this is the best host out their, basically it has unlimited space.
