As long as the game files are NOT stored on the servers, yes. But be warned that you might have your site go under review as the filter will pick up your site as violating the TOS but support staff should unblock it as long as they can see its not bad.

This is acctually something many volunteers even have a problem with.
Someone means Flash site isn't a part of that ToS.
It's more like server games, like OGame, Mafia or so.

Still, I wouldn't take a risk hosting a flash game site anyway.

However, I was making a script that involved a Alpha Centauri sim where the only code would be a countdown to 300 years. So basically you have to keep your browser open for 300 years to win. Is that ok?
