I can not access to my website on server31 for the last 3 days.

Is server31 down? Anyone have the same problem?

I cannot access it from outside, even can not open it after login to my account, can not do FTP.

Site works fine my end, i see "Wayne Shi" when accessing it. Also the account appears to be fine. Can you try to access the site through some proxy service like http://hidemyass.com and see if that works? If it does then your IP might have been temporarily banned for accessing the site/server too often

I think it's a 24 hours ban, but if it remains longer I suppose the admins could fix it for you.

I do wish the admins to fix it for me, since my website has been not accessible for more than 3 days.

How can I contact the admins, so that they know the situation?
