Yeah you have reached your ftp quota limit(10000 files)
Try deleting some files

Im getting this error when i try and load my website(Joomla)

Maybe you have deleted Settings.php by accident

SMF uses about 1500 files(i have it on my website). Maybe delete Joomla first.

You cannot upload more files than allowed by the file quota.
Except a few servers that still have a quota of 6000 files (which will be updated) all servers allow to store a maximum of 10.000 files in your account which is enough for a website. If you need to upload more files you are welcome to ugprade to premium hosting where no file quota is in place.
