What error you are specifying? You want to turn off the PHP error?
enter this piece of code in you .htaccess
Code:
php_flag display_errors off

Change the php error messages text? Unfortunately no, unless someone knows something i don't.

As far as i know it's either enabled with the 000webhost advert, or you disable it completely.

If i add php_value error_append_string "test" to htaccess it changes the top text.

I think i saw something where you can chnage it in the FAQ or something.. Can an admin come tell me if i can or not?

Try it? If it works it works. If it doesn't it doesn't. :/
