Forums are allowed in 000webhost.

forums work. I recommend mybb. it's free software.

Just to clarify:

We allow forums. We however do NOT allow Invasion Power.Board or vBulletin (there is also another but I can't remember the name of it at this time).

Regardless if you have a license or not, these will result (without warning) in account suspension.
