Can someone please help me...

Am I doing something wrong..I can't seem to get the contacts to work. Once I fill the form it doesn't seem to email back to me.

Is there something wrong with what i type..
Any help is appreciated.

Or you have mixed a form with a link to a mailto:
The form needs a submit and a php of where to send to while the mailto link will just upon outlook?

I might be mistaken, since I'm very tired.

So..do i need to add or type something extra..or it's somewhere else alltogther..

Hi,

You need one page with the form details for the user to fill up and a button for user to click to submit the form.
After the submission - just make sure it triggers the form submission (within the code segment) to be sent to your email address.
for the code wise - you can google search and there are plenty of code you can reverse engineer..

and you are done with it!

Is there a page after submit?
Is your code pure HTML only or PHP or with some CMS/third party running?
