I am having trouble connecting to a MySQL database created on this service via MS Excel. I have read many posts and see that there is mention of remote connections being disabled for users of the free service. If this is the case then I will simply move on to another service. However, if this is not the case I would appreciate some help to ensure I am using the correct logon credentials because I keep getting an error.

Remote connections are disabled for free accounts use the control pannel for everything but use filezilla to upload.
