Default Text files on text links showing error code - 09-25-2011, 02:57 PM

I have all files uploaded and links are correct, yet the privacy policy and terms of use txt files are not showing on my site. I own multiple websites so I believe I have some experience.
My images are showing as they should. Everything is in public folder. I even tried to put the txt files in the root above public and they didn't show(now deleted)

Any reasons? Thanks

I'm reading the problems with mass emails. I changed those txt files to images as a fast fix until you resolve your isses.

Hello.

For security files with txt extensions are not allowed in 000webhost.

Try using another extension.

I just don't worry about text files and just use a blank html file with a <p> and </p> in it.

Feel free to PM me for help

Thank both of you for your responses.

I chose a php page with text on it. Looks and acts like I want it to. It never occurred to me to use a php page this way before. Looks like I learned something new. Wasn't a wasted day.
