EDIT:
Since I can't delete this, I have already found a way to fix this issue. I logged into my smart phone (which connects to a USA IP Address) and disabled the security check.

Hope this helps anyone else who has had this issue. You can always use a proxy to do the same.

Admins, I am having an issue with my access to my member's area. I recently moved to Puerto Rico and I cannot access the area. I get this error:

Your computer IP address (196.12.171.45) is located in Puerto Rico, but when you first registered for account here, your computer IP address was located in another country.

I followed the instructions to get the unlock special link... but I do not get anything in my inbox after days of waiting for it.

Is there a way I can bypass this? I have tried with older links (June) that were not working as well (the web page error upon clicking was "invalid data") but no go either... so now I am locked out of the members area and cannot access it. I can reach FRP and wrok from there, but I need to make changes to the email. Can I get some help?
