Default What are you adding? - 10-10-2011, 04:02 PM

You are adding something to my sitemap.xml code and it's screwing with google analytics.

Line 5: <!-- www.000webhost.com Analytics Code --> Syntax not understood
Line 6: <script type="text/javascript" src="http://analytics.hosting24.com/count.php"></script> Syntax not understood
Line 7: <noscript><a href="http://www.hosting24.com/"><img src="http://analytics.hosting24.com/count.php" alt="web hosting" /></a></noscript> Syntax not understood
Line 8: <!-- End Of Analytics Code --> Syntax not understood

When i'm in webmaster tools and click to view my robots file it opens up 000web hame page. I put another robots file in the root above the public to see if it corrects the issue.

I have errors in the sitemap and robots. It was fine before and errors showed around 5 days ago.

I just deleted the robots file since I remembered the problem with text files you have. Maybe that's the answer?
I have not made any changes that would cause these errors.

Default Code in subdomains - 01-15-2012, 03:53 AM

I wonder if you can help with the tracking code being in subdomains.

It plays havoc with g analytics.

do you mean that you want the tracking code to be in your root domain but not in your subdomain?

removing the code as said by shock removes the analytics code for 000WH for all subdomains as well.

give google some time to refetch your robot. errors should be gone
