"Website Under Review" is not problem. It's just really your website under (manual) review. They do this for every new website, as far as I know. The review sometimes need 24 hours or more (much longer then what they said, yes). Just be patience.

That was some 5 to 20 min update of the cpanel, its now been 15 hours !!

And as for my last post Admin, I was NOT trying to be cheeky however you are not being entirely straight with us. It does not take 15hours to change a SATA controller over on any system !!

I'm on this hosting from few days, I would only make a database backup and escape away. When will be it possible?

Server is back online. You will now be able to login to FTP for some time now, but it will be fixed really soon.

can't access via ftp, from web it says:

from ftpzilla, it give me login and password error!
Oh, my God please help me to make a backup and then disappear...
