Check my site and how to turn back. Problem was that is one plugin update was stopped (catablog,wordpress). Is it only option to upload my backup ?

since you can't enter the apmin page as well, the easiest way to fix it is to remove the plugin that caused the problem manually. connect via FTP or use the file manager in your cpanel to remove the folder for the problematic plugin (here CataBlog).

it should be in public_html/wp_content/plugins/catablog or something similar. just remove the catablog folder.

Thank You for answer, but that plugin is very imported for me. May I upload backup to save or only deleted plugin ?

delete the plugin (however important that it was to your site, your site is useless if it's not running). upload a version that was running before.

catablog seems like a properly supported plugin. you could try to download and install again (either within wordpress backend or uploading it manually via ftp).
