I've been browsing the forums and found several threads like the one I'm posting now, however none had a specific answer. I've submitted a ticket as well (#670213) but it was closed without response and now I'm not sure where to turn.

My website, www.five8.tk, has been down for several days now and I'm just wondering if this is normal? I'm not complaining about 000webhost's desire to make sure they're only hosting honest sites, nor am I requesting it to be reviewed immediately, so I hope I'm not violating the post here.

These other threads I found all had similar issues, within the same time frame (they can be found here and here).

The second one seems to have resulted in a resolution, so I'm hoping something similar can happen here.

Again, I'm just wondering why my site hasn't been accessible for 48+ hours. Thank you for your assistance.
