Hello there.
On my website, I am creating forum. And for that - I need mysql database.
I don't know, but there is maintenance or something with phpmyadmin or mysql?
I have this error:
"General Error
SQL ERROR [ mysql4 ]

Can't connect to MySQL server on 'mysql15.000webhost.com' (4) [2003]

An sql error occurred while fetching this page. Please contact an administrator if this problem persists."

So, can anyone help me with that? What is going on?
