delete back up files - 02-03-2012, 05:48 PM

i wanted to know how to delete back up files from Cpanel
when i go to back up, i get options like generate a new fresh backup or prepare files for downloads
when i click on prepate files for downloads, i get a huge list of files whcih i used earlier after i reloaded the account.

please tell me how to get rid of those files
