Has anyone else experienced issues with their website not being able to be reached? This happened all of a sudden and has been working just fine. The domain is not even pingable anymore, which I have verified through a network tools website . Thoughts?

The same has happened to me and a friend. Neither of our sites are available.

Ok, then maybe its just some temporary issue that would be fixed on the next business day for them. No biggie since my site is being hosted for free.

May help if you say what site and which server it's on.

The server your are on (server 21) is experiencing high load. This might be the reason why your site is not loading.

Is the server21 experiencing high load all the time? If so, is there anyway to be moved to another server?

If you have a recent backup of your site and sql database you can. Follow the guide:
1) Delete your account (the domain which is hosted, not entire account).
2) Create a new one. It should be on a new server.
3a) Reupload your site trough FTP.
3b) Create a new database trough your control panel.
4) Go to phpmyadmin and reupload the mysql database into the already created database
5) In your settings of your site(if it has), edit the settings of the mysql (name of database, database server, database user, database pass)
6) Enjoy.
