I get Warning - username or password incorrect on the 'builder' page
Although I can log into the 'file-manager' using the same username and password.

It states use your ftp user and password on the builder page.
Any suggestions ?

I used to be getting the same type of problem when I used to use the builder.
The first time you log into the file manager, does it display an error?
You might have to just create a new site. I'm very sorry about that.

Have you purchased/registered the domain you try to use with your account BEFORE you create your website in 000webhost?
What domain / subdomain you are trying to use for your website?
