Default website down (due to script access?) - 04-20-2012, 08:10 AM

Hi,

My page is down. I use a php cli script from my local pc to access my website. I don't do this often but it seems I've been blocked. By the way I'm using XMPP is it possible this is the one that causes the server request maximum to be reached?

If so, do you know of a way to avoid this with XMPP?

Is the page down for everyone or just you?

Just me. I can access it with a proxy. So it seems my IP has been banned because of the php cli script I used. I'm using XMPPHP with only slight modifications, so I'm wondering if this is the one that got me banned. I'm thinking it might have exceeded the 2000 server request limit. I just executed a simple connect and send command XMPP php code that I've uploaded in my web folder. And I executed it only once or twice. So I don't know why I got blocked or how to avoid it the next time.

Hard to say what's happening without knowing exactly what this script is doing.
