I downloaded wordpress from wordpress.org

I uploaded the file to public_html in filemanager.

The problem is I can only see the page at
http://christianfrum.com/wordpress

How can I get it to the main page at
http://christianfrum.com

Hello,

When you upload a compressed file to the server, and this file is decompressed on the server, wordpress folder is created inside public_html.

One way is unzipping the wordpress file on your PC and uploading the unpacked files in the public_html folder.

You can also move files within the folder public_html/wordpress to public_html folder.

I unzipped the file.

Then I downloaded filezilla.

I dragged wordpress into public_html

and the same thing happened.

You do not have to drag/drop the folder wordpress. You have to upload/drag/drop the files inside the wordpress folder within the public_html folder
