It's been awhile using Filezilla, amost a year. I've used it successfully to upload files to my website

I'm unable to establish connection using Server name: server38.000webhost.com & Username/ Password
Am i doing something wrong? Do i have to put type the port ?

You don't use server name, use your domain name. In cpanel under "FTP Login and Upload Details" for your FTP details.
