Are the servers down?

I get a server not found error on my website this morning when it has worked previously without issue. When I log in to my account it says ...

Your domain is not yet pointing to our servers, so services such as FTP, Website Builder or File Manager may not work. You need to update nameservers to ns01.000webhost.com, ns02.000webhost.com for your domain. This warning will be removed once your domain will start resolving to our servers (24-48 hours after the nameserver update).

I listed those servers upon purchase of the site and went to check them this morning and they say ..

Name Servers
NS01.000WEBHOST.COM
NS02.000WEBHOST.COM

This is definitely correct, why would I get this error on my account? I have been using ftp for the last week without issue. Is something else going on?

I've got this error too, i'm on server 38, the status webpage says the server is up, and the website was up about 3 hours ago at least, but now page is not found. On the aaccount page I also get that the domain isn't pointed to the nameservers, but it has been for a few weeks now.

Mine is the same 12vn.net Name servers are correct but site down. Any ideas?

Very strange indeed! I'm getting the "Your domain is not yet pointing to our servers" on my domain Cpanels as well today. 000webhost subdomains are reporting OK of course.

Hope to see a solution soon.

Hi Nevermore, my website is up and running again. Just wait a while and yours should come back to life. Mine was down for a few hours then bang, it was back.

My website was not available yesterday and I had the following message:

My site reappeared later in the evening.
Today I have the same problem today but I can't report it because I can't submit another ticked for 24 hours.

Thats the same as me. Site down then came back alive. Now it's down again..12vn.net
