Hello,

Currently I am using the free hosting service. I tried to install "Newscoop 3.5.5" for publishing an electronic magazine for language learners and "Arfoo" for language teachers to list their services. Yet, in both cases I failed because, apparently, the PHP configuration will not let me install these two scripts. Currently, I am considering upgrading my account but I would like to know in advance whether it will be possible for me to install these or any other similar scripts once I "promote" to a paid account.

I will be most grateful if someone in charge of these matters can provide me with answers. Thanks.
