i've just registered a new domain with "alphagroup.tk" but now i can't acces it by ftp? even thought it enteres directly to the file manager by web i can't acces it by filezilla i've tryed other programas like firetp and dosen't work either.

It says Paswoord error but i'm sure the passwoord it's correct and i've tryed changing it but still gives the same error.

I've got filezilla as "safe" in the firewall and opened as administrator what's happening? :S

Check your settings in cpanel under "View ftp details" You can also change your password too, that way you no it's correct.
