Question DNS not showing as changed - 06-12-2012, 12:44 PM

Hello, I changed my domain's DNS records to ns01.000webhost.com and ns02.000webhost.com 3 days ago. However, I'm still receiving the message "Your domain is not yet pointing to our servers" when I login to my cpanel. My DNS records are as follows:
Quote:
@ ns01.000webhost.com. CNAME
@ ns02.000webhost.com. CNAME
www ns01.000webhost.com. CNAME
www ns02.000webhost.com. CNAME
Is there something else I need to do? Thank you!

It's not CNAME that you need to change, I know all control panels are different but here's one to look at -

Should I use the two addresses under "Nameserver details" or to "You can also point your domain ("A" DNS record) to IP ##.###.###.###"

Thanks!

I put a green tick by the one to use seeing as you were talking about nameservers
What you're trying to do is add nameserver details to CNAME or A records. Look for something similar to those images.

This works, HOWEVER, I can't use host records anymore which prevents my blog from working on my subdomain, and my e-mail from working. How can I do this here? Thank you!

nameservers work? That was quick, usually takes upto 72hrs to work. Your subdomain should work too given time, unless you have that set up differently. Email takes a while to work also.

The nameservers changed quick for my domain (moosemanrct.com), however, the subdomains and MX records were setup through my registrar's nameservers. How can I do this here? I'd also like to know how I can setup anythingthatsnotasubdomain.example.com to go somewhere other than error404.000webhost.com. Thank you!

EDIT: I changed things back to how they were before until I can get my subdomains (not hosted here) working, as they are vital to the site.

The sub domains usually are created in cpanel here. Not sure but what about creating those sub domains in cpanel and moving to them? Delete any records you created elsewhere.
