is anyone else not able to run joomla consistently tonight? Every other time i try to load a page my page times out?

it's happening on my front end and my admin panel????

was working fine earlier today and last night? and i haven't made any changes on latest members jomsocial module and i have deleted the module from my server but it still doesnt load..i also made some changes to the jomsocial default avater..what shall i do ?
please help

i was using a free .tk domain and i just found out they cancelled it for some reason and i hadnt back up my site ..so i learned to 2 things back up my site next time and never use .tk..but i was still in the very early stages of the site ..so didnt lose much..back to the drawing board i guess..thanks for the reply
