Default Problem with my url - 06-21-2012, 01:53 AM

hello all i had to redo my forum and i have a url problem

it looks like this

http://deep-water-reef-community.com...3/phpBB3/index.
i hads phpBB3/phpBB3/phpBB3/ in it
how to i fix it ^^

to look like this

http://deep-water-reef-community.comuv.com/index.php

You should just delete all your installations of phpbb3 and start over. You installed it outside your root directory (aka your public_html folder). You need to directly install phpbb3 in your public_html folder.

If you want to conserve the database and do not want to do a new one.
maybe you can check the config file to change the absolute directory
some directory is in the mysql file,wordpress etc.

Hi. Is this with Wordpress? Seems like clearing the cache on the browser fixed it for some people in another thread.

no wordpress..just phpbb3....how do i clear the cache..using opera

What have you uploaded to the folder called public_html?
