The stats are obviously over a period longer than a week. Not sure what it is, maybe a month? I'm sure if you check again in 3 weeks then you'll get the 0.03% rise needed to get 99% (you're on 98.97% atm)

You might consider moving your site to a high-availabilty cloud solution/dedicated server with failovers if the uptime does not meet your expectations.

Btw:

Also, reading up on how most hosting companies calculate uptime and what actually is defined as downtime might get you a better idea of what to do with the numbers you are pointing out here.

For me, it says 98.87% uptime.

That's really not a big deal.

Just be thankful you're getting free hosting.
