I am wondering if anyone else's support tickets are being answered at all or being answered slowly?

I have my'n open for 28 hours now, and still no reply.

Don't worry, they replied to my ticket in only 38 hours.

I really dont know are you aware that this is FREE hosting, and those people who are in support aren't paid, so be patient...

I do not think you are aware of this:

I was a 2 year customer, and I believe I have paid the right for some support as this is a chained company!!!!!
