While it may be true that only 3% of the sites hosted on server 28 use the affected IP, 100% of sites using a *.netii.net subdomain name are affected.
Temporary solution: park a free domain name ( eg: example.co.cc ) on your account, using the 'A' record IP you are offered in your 000 control panel under
Go to CPanel >
View Account Details > You can also point your domain...
6 hours is just the standard copy/paste blurb. Nobody knows how long a DDoS attack will last. It
could go on for weeks.

Unfortunately, the
official server monitor only monitors Control Panel IPs. It does not monitor HTTP or FTP functionality. It is therefore about as much use as a chocolate fireguard, but it does show nice (false) uptime figures.
