Help with Restoring Backup Database - 08-03-2012, 05:09 PM

Can anyone help me with this.

When i try to upload my export.sql.gz file to the "1 - Click restore databse", I think it gets stuck at the "Uploading and restoring ........ (Please be patient, it can take a long time)" part. It says it can take quite some time, but Isn't 3 hours a bit too much? Or am i wrong?

Please help, my previous host was terrible.
