issues with uploading

I've searched the forum for any issue and cant seem to find one. I'm able to log into my acct just fine..go into control panel, to upload..when it gives me the option to hit the " browse" button to upload from my pc...the window pops up..and the browser im working in stops responding. I've attempted this several times from both google chrome and IE. Is there an issue?..any help would be great.

Hello,

The file uploads to the server using the programs that appear in the control panel are limited to 5MB files.
You can use a program installed on your PC, such as Filezilla to upload files into the server.

yes...i understand there is a limit on the file upload...however...its not letting me upload anything...when it opens up the window..for me to pick a folder to grab the file from..it freezes...

You can check that you have not exceeded the quota on the number of files uploaded.

You can also check your web browser and your Internet connection have no problems. Try clearing the cache and cookies in your web browser.

yesterday i was able to upload atleast with the java upload..now today...i cant again

Have you tried using an ftp client like filezilla? Far easier and less chance of corrupted files too.

no..but if i cant upload using either option...i'd rather get that issue resolved first..I"ve ran scans, i've cleaned cache / cookies..temp internet files..everything..when i try to use just the upload feature...it just freezes...when i try the java uploader...it opens..but once i hit the upload, it says it uploads...but then just beeps and goes away..with nothing being uploaded.

so confused...uploader isnt working yet...but the java uploader is now working...sigh..lol..so not sure what the exact issue was...guess i'll just rinse n repeat since no one else is having this issue ..thanks for all the help and advice guys =]

Hello,

Besides using an FTP program such as Filezilla, you can check that you have not exceeded the limit of 10,000 files in your website.
