It has been week since i've registered here, but when i login to the cpanel, i get an error message saying that the server is still waiting for the activation email to make my account work. When do i get the activation email?

Mine came within minutes of me signing up. Check your spam folder it might have landed in there.

Nope..I've checked my spam box, nothing their either. I'm sure something happen..an error?

I can login all right...and i've sent a ticket..but still nothing
There control panel does not allow me to manag my files.

well if you have a ticket in, then I would guess you have to wait on them. My site has been down for the last 7 hours for a site review, which I have found can take up to a week! to finish.
