whats wrong with the Disk Space, this is a free host? if you want more isn't that what paid hosting is for?

i think they need to upgrade the files allowed as most scripts they have on auto installers are more than 2000 files and 4000 should really be minimum i would suggest going back to how it was or to at least 6000, that would be enough to run most sites

Hello,

Ok first off, I think the quota is a bad idea and second, I was not notified or even knew about the quota until I had issues uploading files and went searching the forum.

Why was the quota even put into place?

As said before, you can barely install Joomla and if you were to bridge with something else (say Coppermine), you can't now. If you have Coppermine bridged with Joomla,
Joomla is 3,917 files, Coppermine is around 750 files, and then you have all the actual image files that would be in the gallery. How is that supposed to work with a 4,000 file limit?

I would say there should be no limit, but if there has to be a limit, at least have it above 6,000

I have 2200 files in archiv, but I cannot unzip it.
When will ftp_quota be increased? It's impossible to create good site untill this limit in use.
