I have some troubles.

1. Some time back 000webhost has disabled support of TXT files, as if because for security reasons.
   Somebody on a server 12 has the same problem? How to check up it? Place a text file (with any text) in any folder in your hosting and type a path to a file in a browser. If you will see content of a file you do not have problems. If you will see white screen instead of your text it means that the problem is.
2. I have video duration of 5 minutes, but it is loaded only till 2 minutes or less.

Any ideas to fix it?

000webhost disables .TXT and other word documents for yes, security reasons. They are easily breached by intruders, and if this happens, that will leave all of the other clients on the server you've been designated to vulnerable to injection code exploits. I do not believe 000 will be enabling the use of .TXT and other word documents any time soon as it proposes a major threat. If individuals that are capable, and have the knowledge of what can be done with a .TXT and other word documents then they can easily do harm to the servers.

2.) The video duration may have been shortened due to your connection / upload was not successfully uploaded. Or this is in terms with "file sharing scripts" and you are not allowed to use them. I would re-upload again and go from there.
