can´t do much without the script for testing really.
You´re welcome to request a free installation at our website and supply a download link for the script so we can have a look as to why it´s throwing those error messages

umm this is the only version i had. i paid for this and they sent me a download link

the archive you put on your site (Basic_Manual.zip) appears to be corrupted, i updated your thread over at our site also. Did LJScripts tell you what they did/tried?

i put a Basic_Manual.rar up there now in root folder. i have not heard from ljscripts. im quite annoyed. paid £40 for a script that wont install. hope u can help
