Question: My account not activated after more than 1 day!

If you did not get your account activate in less than a day then I think whether you might enter something that trigger the security blockage or you are on a subnet that attack this service or something might happen when you create the account.

Try again to see if it does work if not you might try to contact the help desk

It is so unfortunate that people choose to attack this wonderful free service!

its happen to me, and i didn´t atack this service, more than 5 days my accont is not active and help desk give error page.

i don´t know what i do...

just give it some time or if you want contact 000 but there is only one person to review and activate thousands of accounts so it can take a little longer

Ive created a new account using another email and there was no confirmation email and my account has not been activated for about 3 weeks already. It keeps on saying: * This account is not active yet, our administrator will setup it in 24 hours.

My Friend is having the same problem , but one since the account is not "Active" he cant ask for support nor sign up for the fourms its been about 4 weeks now. of the "

tell your friend to try again using a proxy.
sign up using a free subdomain that he does NOT want, in case it fails again.
once activated, he can add the one he wants.

Help to solve a problem!
I have started to register new free account for hosting.
With the data:
email: i.vasyuchkin@gmail.com
domane name: perblog.ru (it already belongs to me, I even DNS the server has translated on a server ns01.000webhost.com
ns02.000webhost.com).
But at registration attempt it has been written:
"This account is not active yet, our administrator will setup it in 24 hours."
The second days have gone and account is not active.

At attempt to register a new account with another email the site writes that given domane name already is used: (

Help please with this problem!

I have the same problem, then I make a new account, but later I knew it was breaking. How to delete my other accounts?

Go to cPanel, last option is Cancel / Delete Account. Use that.
