Alot of people are getting confused as to what this is, and some just wondering why does it take so long.

When your site get's redirected to that page it means the admin(s) have to check your site. For things such as TOS violations. Yes it has been taking longer than what the page says, but it's because the admin(s) are offline and the review thing happens automatically even if there not on. So please have patience. If your site is under review for over 48 hours, sometimes there is an error in the system that causes it to not review correctly, in this case, please send me a PM stating your domain name and I will check into it.
