Exclamation Why Can't I See My WebSite? - 06-01-2008, 04:42 AM

Hi, if you are here because of that your site is down, you get any kind of error etc.. here are some tips that could help you.

1. Administrator check Manually every website in search of malicious content and phishing or warez sites, so if you want to access to your site you'll get a message of that, remember website will come back in 2-4 hours while administrator check completely all your site.

2. If your sites has been deleted, it is because of ToS violation (these violations are mostly seen in the inspections of Administrators or in their control system, If you thing your site has been closed by an equivocated reason, please get in contact with the administrators by submiting a ticket, in case of don't getting an answer and knowing your site is not violating the ToS, please submit a post here in the forum.

3. if your using your own top level domain (or any other as .tk or .uni.cc co.cc) remember that dns changes take up to 24 hours (but curiously my website was ready in 2 minutes! (at uni.cc)) so please be patient.

4. all accounts must be in "ACTIVE" status for everything working good, the activation can take some minutes depending on the number of persons trying to get their websites ready as you do with yours, after creating an account remember you can easily create another website by click the Create New button in the top of the control panel (this process if very fast, only the name or your domain, password and made, account takes arrond 20 seconds to get active).

5. if you can't find a solution here please submit ONE ticket at control panel, remember a good title and message makes a good and fast response.
