Assuming your read the TOS and do not violate it or assuming you did not do anything to get your account suspended which mean you have done everything by the rules so what else can you do to prevent your site from being cancel?

Well, it is "inactivity". If your site is not actively being use it will get cancel.

How would you protect your site from being cancel due to "inactivity"?

Make sure you login to your account frequently via cpanel and look out for "pending cancellation" and click on "protect account" to prevent it from being cancel. If you don't do this and once your account is cancel it is long gone and can't be restored!

Please keep in mind don't visit your site too often either then your IP might get blocked!
