If you try to create an account, but you get the following error:

"Unfortunately account creation failed. Error message has been logged and our staff has been notified. We will attempt to setup your account manually as soon as possible. You will be notified by email once your account will be ready."

It is really a security measure that is blocking you, your best bet is to try a proxy, as we cannot set it up for you.

On the other hand, if you receive the error:

"This account is not active yet, our administrator will setup it in 24 hours"

Then, please do not start a thread here about it. Instead, please either submit a support ticket, contact me with the following information:

1. Your Domain name.
2. What you plan to use your site for.

Once you do that, I will check into it as soon as possible.

After it has been checked, then you will have to wait 24 hours, then login to your account and hit the "activate" button.
