There were many report of mail sending issue and this post is in the effort to help people learn about them and don't post repeat thread regarding this issue.

Server24 has been reported with mail sending issue and there is nothing you can do about it on these server other than move your site to a different server.

To move your site is just create a new site and backup your site then do 1-click web restore.

Note: Server37 has been reported that the mail sending issue has been fixed!
