If server is busy (for example we setup a lot of accounts at the same time), you may see this message for about 10 seconds until server load calms down:

The server is too busy at the moment. Please reload this page few seconds later.

This message can be noticed few times a day, on peak times, for active servers only (active servers are the servers where we add tons of new accounts every day), and this message will not be shown anymore once we will switch new account setups to another server (usually in few days).
