Import data - 10-25-2011, 05:36 PM

i'm trying to import data to my MySQL database by using the "Import" option in phpMyAdmin. I browse to the .csv file I want to import and then click "go". It just sits there for a couple of minutes than then I get the "connection timed out" screen.
