that mysql15 is down a few days ago, well I got mysql16 is that down rightnow?

I tried using: mysql16.000webhost.com
I used the CORRECT User/Password but port? I can't find it (trying to use port 80 because that's what I found in the phpconfiguration thing....)

Everytime I try using let's say MySQL Workbench it freezes up and says can't connect....
