LOL, unfortunately it would probably punish their current customers more than it would the company. I'm just glad that they deleted the account.
Although, it would have been funny to just upload screenshots of the support tickets and put them all on an index page to warn away other unwary souls.

Along the same lines has anyone ever had to call and cancel ISP service? I wish I'd recorded the song and dance that Quest gave me (I spoke with at least 3 people who all demanded to know why I was leaving, and then kept giving me the hard sell to stay. Gack!)
