is 000webhost doing somthing or is it a DoS?

because i am geting "this page can not be displayed" in the cPanel and the forum like in every other page, and everything is slow

i tryed pinging 000webhost.com and this is hwat i got:

thats just 2 bytes and it took 82ms? i dont think thtas good....

Same for me. My website is too slow or display "unavailable" messages. Is there something being done on the server?

There could just be a high server load at the time. If work is being done on the server, it says so in the control panel.

How can I know if the server is overloaded and if that's the case when can it return to normal?

well i know that server 9 is slow atm not sure why, but even the forums here (000webhost.com/forum) is giving errors at times too

if its under maitence ot somthing its in the control panel at login but no message is there

i think 000webhost just needs another server maby server 13? because the servers are being over loaded with accounts and useage maby another sql server too

Server 9 was down for maintenance earlier, and I have noticed they are generally slow after that, as for how you can tell if the server has a high load, pages generally load slightly slower, its just caused by a lot of people visiting sites on that server.

As it turns out, there WAS a ddos attack on.. server 13, I think...
