hello admins and mods...I had signed up for a free webhosting account with you on 12th july and still I have not received my confirmation email.....

I had read the FAQ about confirmation email and also submitted a ticket...about 13 hours ago....

But in members area when I click help then there are no open tickets....

Please help me i have been waiting for three days to receive my activation link..and also i don't even know if my ticket was submitted or not!!!

please consider my problem!!!!

I submitted the support ticket..but no reply has yet came from the help desk...I submitted it yesterday at 12:30 AM(+5:30) and its already 19 hours.

I was given a message there that I would be replied within 24 hours
But even after submitting the support ticket..I don't see any open tickets in the help section of members area!!!So Do I need to submit it again???



Please Mods and Admins help me...or otherwise I may look for a free host somewhere else...for three days I have been waiting and I am looking forward to use your webhosting company....

Please search before posting. This has been answered so many times. Confirmation E-mail. Please use the contact page because I am aware that you cannot access the help desk.
